Please note that shipping times may vary depending on your location. Note that shipping delays are out of our control.
Tariffs, Custom, Duties, and Taxes
EpicpancakesTCG is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply to your order. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer.
Lost or Stolen Packages
EpicpancakesTCG is not liable for lost or stolen packages once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier. Responsibility transfers to the carrier at the time of shipment, and to the recipient upon confirmed delivery. If your package is lost in transit, please contact us right away. We will reach out to the carrier on your behalf to file a claim and work to resolve the issue—whether that means locating the package, sending a replacement, or issuing a refund, depending on the circumstances.
